Seat Fill Material

2¾ inch contour cut polyurethane foam core laminated with two 4½inch polyurethane foam wedge shaped fillers. 4¾ inch contour cut polyurethane foam core laminated with two 4½ inch polyurethane foam wedge shaped fillers. The chaise pad contains a 1¾inch polyurethane foam core laminated with a layer of bonded polyester batting, and extends from the rear of the seat to the bottom of the leg rest.

Frames consist of kiln-dried hardwood, furniture grade laminates or engineered framing material.

Back Fill Material

The attached upper back contains an inner bag filled with blown fiber and the attached lower back contains an inner bag filled with blown fiber.

Seat Construction

The seat features four 7½-gauge seat springs with rear helical springs and two 12-gauge cross brace wires. Dimpled rear swing anchors are used to extend the travel and ride of the springs. An insulator/stabilizer spring support system, a deck pad and a nonwoven spring cover are integrated into the seat cushion assembly for exceptional support.
